Portland
Most of our routes run inside Portland, and most of our clients live in a house older than anyone currently in it. That shapes almost every decision we make about products and water.

Beaverton
Beaverton is our second-largest route, and the housing stock is genuinely different from inner Portland. Newer builds, more carpet, more sealed surfaces, and water that is measurably harder in parts of the west side.
No travel charge. Beaverton routes run Tuesday and Thursday.

Lake Oswego
Lake Oswego brings us the most natural stone and the most delicate finishes of any route we run, which means the most products we decline to use.
No travel charge. Lake Oswego routes run Monday and Wednesday.

What we bring, and why it differs.
The same published kit goes everywhere. What changes is which products come out of it, and how long each one is left on a surface.
