Three services, one kit, no upsell.
Everything below uses the same published products and the same colour-coded cloths. What changes is how long we stay and how far into the house we go.
- Portland
- Beaverton
- Lake Oswego
| Service | Typical rhythm | On site | From | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recurring cleaning | Every 2 or 4 weeks | 2.5 to 4 hours | $165 | Households where somebody is tired of the Saturday reset, and households where dust genuinely matters. |
| Deep cleaning | Once or twice a year | 5 to 9 hours, usually a team of two or three | $420 | First visits, spring after a damp Portland winter, before guests, after a renovation, or after a season of nobody having time. |
| Move-out cleaning | One visit | 4 to 8 hours | $385 | Tenants who want the deposit back, owners handing over keys, and landlords turning a unit between tenancies. |
Prices are illustrative for this demonstration site. Real quotes follow a walkthrough, because a calculator has never seen anyone's kitchen.
Start from your situation, not from a menu.
- The house is generally fine, you just never get to it
- Recurring cleaning
A visit every two weeks holds the level. Nothing ever becomes a project.
- It has been a while, or the winter has been long
- Deep cleaning
A deep clean resets the baseline so a recurring rhythm has something to maintain.
- You are handing back keys
- Move-out cleaning
Empty house, lease checklist, and dated photographs of every room the same day.
- Somebody in the house reacts to scent or dust
- No extra service needed
Nothing changes in the price. Fragrance-free is already the default kit, and we will walk the products with you first.

Recurring cleaning
The rhythm that keeps a house from ever needing a rescue.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, cooktop, fronts of appliances, outside of cabinetry, floor
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower or tub, tile, sink, mirror, floor, with red cloths never leaving the room
- All rooms: dusting from high to low, sills, skirting on a rotation, mirrors and glass doors

Deep cleaning
The long visit that resets a house to its actual condition.
- Everything in a recurring visit, at a slower pace
- Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, emptied and wiped, if you clear them first
- Grout scrubbed with an oxygen-based paste rather than chlorine bleach

Move-out cleaning
An empty house, cleaned to the standard a deposit is judged by.
- Inside all cabinets, drawers, closets and the pantry
- Inside the oven, using a sodium-percarbonate paste and time rather than caustic fumes
- Inside and behind the fridge, plus the range hood filter degreased
And the parts that are not a service at all.
Fragrance-free and pet-safe are not add-ons with a price beside them. They are how the standard kit is already built, and these pages explain exactly what that means.
